Overview Job Description - Recruiter (Early Career) - Dallas, TX - RPO Consultant (0034380) This is a hybrid, W2 Contract position located in Dallas, TX. We seek a Recruiter to support a key client’s business needs through full‑cycle recruitment, exceptional service, and a focus on early‑career and technical talent. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of talent management within the client organization. Specialize in IT/technical recruitment and, ideally, semiconductor and/or early‑career/internship talent. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates via digital outreach, attraction campaigns, and industry communities. Screen, assess, and advocate for candidates, ensuring they receive accurate information and tools. Deliver an outstanding hiring experience, driving client satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain awareness of market dynamics, local talent trends, and labor regulations to advise clients. Own workload, meet metrics, and prioritize tasks to achieve goals. Act as a subject‑matter expert, staying current in fast‑changing technology and work trends. Qualifications Required Minimum 2+ years of IT/technical recruiting experience. Experience recruiting in the semiconductor industry or with early‑career/internship talent is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to commute to Dallas, TX and work in a hybrid environment. Nice to Have Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
