Position: Marketing Assistant

Location: The Monastery – Mt. Adams, Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Office Hours : Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm

Here's what you'll be doing: 

• Quickly implement requests from apartment communities on RentCafe Websites, RentCafe Site Manager, Reputation.com, and Facebook, following best practices for websites, local listings, and social media.
• Manage time between incoming requests and department projects.
• Update property social media accounts, local listings, and websites for accuracy and consistency. 
• Craft and post responses to reviews in line with company best practices.
• Conduct marketing asset audits regularly to guarantee our properties are accurately represented across various online platforms.
• Create and schedule social media posts and prospect emails, keeping our audience engaged and informed. 
• Contribute to ongoing department projects aimed at enhancing and optimizing property websites, local listings, social media pages, and Internet Listing Services.
• Complete all onboarding tasks related to new communities.

What we're looking for: 

• Over one year of relevant experience in areas such as marketing, customer service, or property management.
• Able to prioritize tasks effectively and stay focused on completing objectives. 
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement. 
• Track record of providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs promptly and courteously. 
• Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions. 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Qualifications required: 

• Familiarity with website content management systems, including updating and managing website content.
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics (universal or GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Experience in email marketing, including creating and sending email campaigns.
• Proficient in Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.

Preferred qualifications include: 

• Knowledge of Yardi products including: RentCafe Site Manager, CRM, Voyager, Meta Business Suite, ILS listing services, and Reputation.com. 
• Experience in property management.

Salary Description
