They are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Marketing Assistant to join their commercial team immediately. This entry-level position serves as a direct pipeline to senior management and corporate leadership roles. Role Overview As a Marketing Assistant, you will bridge the gap between brand strategy and consumer engagement. This is a face-to-face, interactive role where you will execute localized marketing campaigns, analyze consumer responses, and work on-site to drive brand awareness for a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing department to launch, manage, and optimize face-to-face promotional campaigns. Customer Acquisition: Engage directly with consumers in the Cincinnati market to deliver tailored product presentations and build strong brand loyalty. Market Research: Track, analyze, and report on consumer trends and event performance metrics to senior leadership. Team Coordination: Participate in daily strategy meetings to align client expansion goals with daily field operations. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor suited for corporate representation. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn business development from the ground up. Must be located in or willing to commute to the Greater Cincinnati area daily.
