Your future responsibilities include: providing SAP HCM support for our German colleagues analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing development and digitization in the HR field—particularly in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM ssisting with the technical implementation of SuccessFactors and providing ongoing support in collaboration with an experienced international team further development of our HR IT landscape continuously monitoring and ensuring the quality of the implemented solutions effective communication with all stakeholders designing and managing specific workflows and optimizing future-proof HR processes understanding the entire system landscape as well as data flows from HR platforms (SF-HCM) to all target systems (e.g., SAP FICO S4, CRM, FSM…) providing user support for business departments regarding SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Your professional and personal profile: bachelor’s degree in economics or computer science, or comparable professional training several years of relevant professional experience in a similar role in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM—specifically the PT, PY, or OM modules initial experience with SuccessFactors is desirable strong understanding of HR processes, process optimization, and the associated system architecture strong willingness to learn, determination, flexibility, and team spirit willingness to independently organize, structure, analyze, and drive projects forward excellent communication skills in German and English interest in new SAP HR technologies and openness to continuous learning We offer you: comprehensive, long-term oriented training with a mentoring system an attractive salary in line with the job requirements 30 days vacation vacation and Christmas bonus generally individually adapted working time models internal career and promotion opportunities extensive training and further education opportunities a good and collegial working atmosphere innovative family management attractive health offers including our own fitness studio and massage offers modern company restaurant short hierarchical and organizational paths #J-18808-Ljbffr BHS Corrugated Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH
