Project Accountant

Key Responsibilities Manage the accounts receivable function and support day-to-day accounting operations. Administer the lien release process and related construction accounting activities. Support asset management and other operational accounting functions. Assist with general accounting responsibilities as the needs of the business evolve. Partner with the accounting team to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency. Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment where flexibility and a willingness to help are highly valued. What We’re Looking For Strong accounting foundation with experience beyond basic data entry or subledger processing. Experience with lien releases, project accounting, construction accounting, or other project-based accounting environments is required. Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment where responsibilities may evolve over time. Strong technology aptitude and confidence learning new systems. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of a variety of accounting responsibilities.
