Leave Management Specialist - Direct Hire Location: Indianapolis-North East side This position is a fully onsite role. Responsibilities Oversee and administer leave requests for all external clients. Facilitate requests related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, STD and LTD plans. Guide the leave administration process, and oversee return to work processes. Manage leaves on a web based platform in a multi state regulatory and compliance environment. Maintain communication with clients.
