Coordinate COBRA entries with vendors, ensure timely distribution of materials, and provide Finance with monthly reconciliation of COBRA payments. Oversee benefit plan setup in ADP Workforce Now, coordinating with the Director of Benefits and Payroll and HRIS Administrator on changes, enrollment events and needed updates. Conduct regular audits of benefit enrollments, deductions, eligibility, and HR data to support accuracy and compliance. Maintain up-to-date benefit plan documents in the Benefit Document Library on the firm’s intranet. Support benefits compliance efforts by maintaining accurate data, completing required reporting, and assisting with documentation. Assist with coordinating firmwide wellness communications and events. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting employee benefits, enrollment and plan administration required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, actively listen, respond appropriately to inquiries, and prepare clear and accurate correspondence. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment, with the ability to build trust, treat others with respect, and uphold organizational values. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to follow established procedures, complete accurate work, incorporate feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate options, involve appropriate stakeholders, and make timely, well-reasoned decisions.
