Job Description

Our Internal Hiring Team represents the Eight Eleven family of brands on university campuses across the country. This candidate will recruit internal new hires (Recruiters and Sales Account Executives) for designated offices amongst our 30+ growing markets. This position will consist of coordinating and conducting phone interviews to screen candidates for both recruiting and sales opportunities. You will discuss and sell the opportunity to join this growing company in one of our 30+ locations.

Responsibilities

\n

\n

\n
• Source prospective hires using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
\n
• Conduct phone interviews and informational calls to prospective canddaites.
\n
• Pay attention to details and move at a quick pace to coordinate interviews.
\n
• Act as a point of contact for prospective candidates.
\n
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Exhibit excellent presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
\n
• Be extremely outgoing and possess the ability to multi-task under strict deadlines.
\n
• Travel to designated office locations and universities may be required during two heavy recruiting seasons.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related major is required.
\n
• Must live in the Indianapolis area.
\n

• Excellent presentation & communication skills are a must.
\n
• Detail oriented, task driven with great follow through.
\n
• Highly self-motivated; able to work as part of a team and independently.
\n

Pay range and compensation package

\n

\n

Compensation is salary, bonuses based on hires, laptop, phone allowance, car allowance, health benefits, 401k etc.
