Home Organization & Household Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible) About the Position We’re looking for a dependable, motivated, and organized Household Assistant to help keep our busy family home running smoothly. This is not a traditional house cleaning position—we already have a professional cleaning service that comes weekly. Instead, we’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to a home, noticing what needs to be done, and taking initiative without needing constant direction. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating calm, organized spaces and enjoys helping a busy family stay ahead of everyday household tasks. Typical Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary from visit to visit and may include:

• Tidying and organizing living spaces
• Picking up and organizing children’s toys and play areas
• Folding, putting away, and organizing laundry
• Washing and putting away dishes
• Cleaning out and organizing the refrigerator and pantry
• Vacuuming or light touch-up cleaning as needed
• Organizing closets, cabinets, drawers, and storage areas
• Restocking household supplies
• Helping keep the kitchen and common areas neat and functional
• Identifying tasks that need attention and completing them independently
• Occasionally performing additional cleaning if our regular house cleaners are unavailable
