Are you a licensed real estate professional (or actively completing your license) driven to achieve a consistent six-figure income? Armada Real Estate is expanding its primary team in Downtown Fort Myers. We pair high-intent live buyer leads with the technology, operational backup, and hands-on guidance required to scale your production quickly.
As a Zillow-selected brokerage, we bypass traditional prospecting by routing real-time tour requests straight to our agents. You focus on connecting with motivated buyers, presenting homes, and closing deals.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Guide residential buyers and sellers through market evaluations, contract negotiations, and closings.

- Conduct property assessments and deliver data-backed market analysis presentations.
- Draft, negotiate, and execute state-compliant purchase and listing agreements.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Real Estate License (or enrolled in a pre-licensing course).
- Strong local orientation across Southwest Florida communities.
- Highly responsive communication habits and client-first mindset.
- Accountability to follow proven lead conversion processes and CRM workflows.
Service Areas: Downtown Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Captiva, Naples, Marco Island, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach, and Jupiter.
