Columbia Residential is seeking a Community Lease-Up Specialist to drive leasing efforts for newly constructed or renovated affordable housing communities in the Atlanta area. You will partner with management and marketing to execute leasing strategies and handle all administrative leasing tasks. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and lease administration, including income verification and program compliance.
