Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Position: Project Manager — Commercial Reroofs Location: Laurel, MD Salary: $110,000 — $130,000 Benefits Growth Opportunity Tiello is proud to partner with a highly respected and growing Commercial Roofing Contractor in the Laurel, MD area to hire an experienced Project Manager . This role will oversee up to 4 active commercial reroof projects at a time, working closely with 1–2 dedicated Superintendents to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Manage all phases of up to 4 commercial reroofing projects from kickoff to closeout. Field Coordination: Partner with 1–2 Superintendents to oversee site operations and ensure milestones are met. Budget & Scheduling: Track costs, manage purchase orders, and maintain project schedules. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors. Documentation: Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress reports, and closeout packages. Site Oversight: Visit job sites regularly to monitor safety, quality, and progress. Material Management: Coordinate procurement, deliveries, and inventory. Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, insurance, and all federal/municipal project requirements. Qualifications 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial reroofing. In-depth knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, Mod-Bit, EPDM, coatings, etc.). Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once. Experience with federal and/or municipal reroof projects preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills; tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and project management tools. What’s in It for You Competitive Pay: $110K–$130K, based on experience.
