• **What you’ll start out doing? **

• Learn our safety and quality procedures.

• Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.

• What to expect:

• This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.

• You start training on day shift working 8 hr. shifts, M-F, then transition to 12 hr. shift Monday thru Thursday 6:45pm - 7am

• Hard working with a good work ethic

• Ability to operate power equipment

• Ability to work as a team and independently with little supervision; teamwork

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to follow instructions

• Detail orientated
