Join one of the largest outpatient PT clinics in the Bronx , where you’ll treat a wide-ranging, complex caseload across multiple diagnoses while building strong hands-on skills in post-op knee and shoulder rehab, mobilizations, and progressive treatment planning in a highly supportive clinical environment. Work alongside a collaborative, no-ego team in a high-growth setting built for learning and development , with a consistent schedule that includes 2 evenings per week to support patient access and continuity of care.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week) with two mandatory evening shifts per week. Flexible set days based on need of clinic, with the schedule to be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

As a PT, You’ll Achieve Success By:

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications:

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

• CPR and first aid certification required

• Comfortable treating a broad range of general outpatient orthopedic conditions; pediatric experience is preferred. Open to both new graduates and experienced therapists

Compensation: $86K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
