Delivery Operations Manager

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Delivery Operations Manager will own the operational engine behind project delivery, focusing on capacity planning, resource allocation, and workflow improvement while leading a team of Project Coordinators and a Scheduler. Key responsibilities Own the operational delivery system, including resource allocation and project scheduling Monitor active projects, drive accountability, and maintain delivery dashboards and reporting Manage the Project Coordinator team through coaching, performance expectations, and continuous process improvement Required qualifications 7+ years in project operations, PMO, delivery operations, or agency operations Experience leading project managers or coordinators Strong resource planning and capacity management experience Experience improving operational workflows Exceptional organizational skills and experience with project management tools
