The mission of the software team in Tewksbury and Woburn, MA is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development team for a wide array of products including Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Surveillance and Warning systems.

\n

What You Will Do:

  Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications

\n

  Participate in agile execution and continuous improvement

\n

  Work collaboratively to analyze, implement and test system

Qualifications You Must Have:

\n

\n

\n
• \n

  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related (STEM) discipline

\n
• \n

  Minimum of two (2) or more years of relevant software programming experience in development, integration, and/or test using C++, C#, Java or similar object-oriented software language

\n

\n

\n

  Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools

  Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems

  Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development pipeline

  Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.\n

\n

\n
