Make It With Pride.The Senior Manager, Portfolio Strategy will support the Senior Director, Strategy on driving transformational growth across our brands. This role is designed as a steppingstone for a future Director-level leader, providing deep exposure to cross-functional collaboration, innovation strategy, and consumer-centric marketing. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can define how we launch innovations, embed a mindful snacking approach across all categories and align our portfolio across categories to the day-to-day of the consumer. How you will contributeInnovation & Growth Acceleration Partner with Category leadership to define the strategy for launching innovations across brands in service of our big growth missionsIdentify, drive and champion bold innovation ideas across categories/brands that will drive category expansion, brand differentiation, and growth sufficiencyFrame business case(s) demonstrating incremental growth and value creation for our highest priority innovationAssess the sufficiency of our innovation pipeline and partner with Category, Finance, MSC, R&D, and Sales teams to support breakthrough growth Embedding Future Fit Snacking Across Categories Lead the transformation of all categories to prioritize enduring snacking trends, ensuring our portfolio aligns with evolving consumer needsPartner with Insights teams to understand changing consumer behaviors and translate them into actionable marketing strategiesPartner with Innovation and Brand teams to drive household penetration and increase consumer awareness of new product linesWork cross-functionally with product development, marketing and regulatory teams to embed sustainability into innovation strategyDevelop roadmaps as needed, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed future fit capabilities to serve evolving consumer and customer needs What you will bring7+ years of experience in category strategy, innovation, consumer marketing or R&D strategy role within CPG or relevant industrUniversity degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)Ability to shape long-term growth strategies and challenging existing paradigmsExperience working with product innovation teams, category management or R&D functionsDeep understanding of consumer trends, wellness movements and modern marketing approachesAbility to influence and align senior stakeholders across marketing, R&D and category teamsStrong leadership presence with the ambition and capability to take on a Director-level role nextProficient in category data analysis, consumer insights tools and marketing strategy framework Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
