This role sits at the center of internal financial reporting and analysis, translating accounting and operational data into clear, decision‑ready reporting for management. You’ll partner closely with accounting, operations, and leadership to ensure financial results are accurate, well‑explained, and actionable. Job Details Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial and management reporting processes. Prepare and review accounting accruals and journal entries in accordance with accounting guidance and internal policies. Complete account reconciliations and support accurate, timely period‑end close. Conduct revenue and expenditure reviews, including variance and trend analysis. Review financial systems, processes, and reporting outputs to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Prepare and analyze internal financial and management reports for leadership and stakeholders. Apply and interpret complex accounting procedures as required. Manage and adhere to internal and external reporting timelines. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders on significant or complex reporting areas. Mentor and review the work of junior accounting staff, as applicable.
