Related duties or special projects as assigned Requirements US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance is required Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience 3 years of applicable experience in agile business requirements or a related discipline Demonstrated experience creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria Ability to support users by investigating, communicating, and resolving their problems Direct experience with Software Development Life Cycle and processes in a team environment including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology Experience with knowledge management and data visualization tools, systems, and processes Ability to elicit requirements, develop analyses, determine specification, and verify outcomes in a scrum environment ServiceNow experience strongly preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in evaluating business processes, developing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
