Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Care, VisitsInterim Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for home care visits throughout the State of Delaware.We have multiple opportunities for nurses to make supplemental income doing routine nursing care visits. This entails seeing a client in their home or group home setting and performing a nursing visit following specific MD orders. Some examples of the visits we do on a daily basis are: diabetes oversight in which we check the blood sugar and administer insulin if ordered, foley catheter changes, bolus tube feedings, wound care, trach care, medication administration. We also have visits where the nurse goes out to the home on a weekly basis and fills the client's medication box and calls in refills when needed.
