Be proactive by checking in with Team Members and guests and anticipating needs. Qualifications, Skills, & Expectations Be able to stand and work on your feet for several hours at a time. Lift and carry inventory, food and beverage products, and restaurant supplies as necessary. Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to Chick-fil-A's appearance, apparel, and uniform standards. Be consistent and reliable with attendance and performance. Have a strong work ethic and be adaptable to the needs of the business. Have a friendly, positive, and customer service-oriented mindset. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Be coachable and receptive to feedback.
