Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction & Home Repair Technician to join our team. This position is part-time to start, with the opportunity for full-time employment and advancement for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drywall, carpentry, and general construction work, along with a strong commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
● Perform drywall repairs, installation, and finishing
● Complete carpentry and general construction tasks
● Assist with residential repair and remodeling projects
● Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
● Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
● Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs
● Represent Gulf Sands Home Services with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
Required:
● Experience in drywall, carpentry, and/or general construction
● Strong work ethic and positive attitude
● Dependable and punctual
● Excellent customer service and communication skills
● Valid driver’s license
● Reliable transportation
● Must reside in Pinellas County, Florida
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
● Experience with residential remodeling or home repair services
● Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on job sites
● Basic knowledge of multiple trades
