Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to perform basic facilities maintenance and repairs, including basic carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Assist with the installation of skirting, ramps, steps, fencing, and other set-up components.
• Perform grounds and yard maintenance as needed, including organizing units, maintaining clear pathways, and supporting general site upkeep.

Shift: 6am-2:30pm (+OT during peak season)

Pay Rate: $19-$21/hr

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of construction experience, including concrete labor, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, MI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Milford,MI.
