Our client seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead an enterprise HR technology integration initiative. The role will focus on integrating complex HR systems into a connected talent ecosystem that enables enterprise usage and reporting. The Project Manager will drive integration-focused work, coordinate across technical and business stakeholders, and keep activities, risks, dependencies, and timelines on track. The role requires prior systems integration experience and the ability to operate with minimal training or day-to-day direction.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise-level systems integration projects and related activities.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

• Coordinate integration activities across technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Track project progress and ensure work remains aligned with project goals and timelines.

• Identify and communicate risks, obstacles, and issues that could impact delivery.

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support the integration of multiple HR systems into a connected talent ecosystem.

• Organize and communicate project status, milestones, and outstanding actions.

• Work independently with limited training or day-to-day direction.

Experience Requirements:

• Project management experience supporting systems or application integration initiatives.

• Experience managing complex, enterprise-level technology projects.

• Ability to step into a new technology environment and work with minimal training or direction.

• Strong understanding of project risks, dependencies, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

• Ability to effectively work with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with HRIS, HR technology, or talent management systems preferred.

• Experience managing integrations across multiple enterprise applications or platforms preferred.

• Experience supporting HR systems transformation, implementation, or ecosystem consolidation initiatives preferred.

• PMP certification preferred.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
