Trident Consulting is currently seeking a "Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst " for one of our industry-leading clients.
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Rate: $58/hr. on W2.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Configuration of objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
- Administer and support multiple Salesforce applications and platforms across the organization
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, reports, and dashboards
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Provide Tier-2 support, support UAT, manage releases, and assist with integrations and data loads
Additional Notes:
- Candidates with both strong Salesforce Administration experience and exposure to TrackWise Digital will stand out significantly
- Candidates from medical device or life sciences organizations are strongly preferred due to the validated business process environment
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Pleasant, professional, and business-facing demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- What Type of Background or Profile Has Worked Well in This Position:
- Strong Salesforce Administrator background with 3–4+ years of experience
- Experience supporting multiple Salesforce platforms such as Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Experience with TrackWise Digital is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries is highly preferred
- Experience supporting highly integrated and validated business processes
