Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable and growing company in Buford.


This role supports customer service, office administration, inventory tracking, shipping/receiving, and vendor account activities. Pay rate is $23.84/hr. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.


Responsibilities:
-Provide customer support via phone and email
-Create and maintain reports, records, and documentation
-Assist with shipping, receiving, and data entry
-Process vendor invoices and support account management
-Manage office supply inventory and ordering
-Support onboarding activities and general office operations
-Perform filing, scanning, mail distribution, and other administrative duties
-Process customer quotes, orders and works to establish relationships with customers.
-Prioritizes concurrent customers’ demands and provides satisfactory service to all.

Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED
-1+ year of customer service, administrative, or office support experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
-QuickBooks experience preferred
