Registered Nurse - Acute MedSurgical - Full-Time

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a dynamic clinical setting, demonstrating independence and awareness of patient needs. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation to deliver both routine and complex care. Care providers must address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administer medications following protocols, monitor treatment effectiveness, and document all relevant information. Additionally, the role involves assessing learning needs, providing patient and family education, and delegating tasks appropriately. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred), at least one year of relevant experience, and licensure as a Registered Nurse with a current BLS certification. Key skills include clinical competence, strong communication, and the ability to manage various patient care situations independently.
