Job Description
ROLE: Registered Nurse
SPECIALTY: Adult Care

Title
Registered Nurse - Adult Care

Schedule
- Weekend: Every other weekend
- Call: One 12-hour shift per schedule
- Self-scheduling
- Patient ratios: 2:1 (days, nights, weekends)

Requirements
- RN licensure required (GA license or Compact license)
- Minimum of 2 years' RN experience
- Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate*, BLS, NRP

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to adult patients in a structured clinical environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, respiratory, pharmacy, and social services.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Compliance / Notes
- Clinical screen required; review on a case-by-case basis.
- All compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start.
- No requested time off during orientation week.
- A maximum of 7 days of requested time off allowed per contract.
- Some orientation/modules may be non-billable and vary by contract length.
