Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager

We are searching for a Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager that can bring in new business and manage projects through. The ideal candidate will build relationships with property managers and management companies to acquire service/repair and re-roof jobs.

Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager Qualifications

2+ years of experience in commercial roofing and/or construction
Knowledge of roofing products, systems, and manufacturer specifications
Growth mindset with strong desire to develop relationships and drive revenue
Manager projects and lead communication with clients, site managers, and other project stakeholders

Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager Compensation

Competitive base salary depending on qualifications
Aggressive commissions plan for sales and meeting/exceeding project profit margins
