Recruiter
Seeking an experienced Recruiter to support early talent and university recruiting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of campus recruiting experience and a strong background managing university partnerships, recruiting events, and high-volume early career hiring.
Manage relationships with 5–6 universities and support campus recruiting activities
Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts
Support intern and entry-level hiring for both engineering and non-engineering roles
Travel to universities and recruiting events during peak hiring seasons
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Bachelor's degree required
3-4 years of experience in campus/early talent recruiting
Strong experience with university partnerships and event coordination
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Travel expenses and per diem will be reimbursed during recruiting seasons
