Retail Solar Sales Representative

About the Role

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team as Retail Sales Representative . In this customer-facing role, you'll represent Venture Home inside a designated Lowe's store, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

What You'll Do

• Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$85,000 annual potential
• Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission
• Choose your own schedule:
  • Fri-Tue or Wed-Sun
  • Morning: (9AM - 5PM) or Night shifts (1PM - 9 PM)

Qualifications

• Comfortable starting conversations with new people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, marketing, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
