As an Electrical Panel Assembler, you will play a key role in laying out, assembling, and wiring electrical panels from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following technical documentation, and being part of a collaborative team while also working independently. What You Will Do Review build sheets and technical documentation Assemble electrical panels and enclosures based on provided instructions Install electrical components and controllers according to prints Wire components using correct color and gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and identification Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment Follow all quality standards, procedures, and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform additional duties as needed to support production What We Are Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to work independently and stay self‑motivated Willingness to learn and grow within the role Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required Technical or vocational training is a plus but not required Why This Role Pay at $20 per hour Steady work in a growing manufacturing environment Opportunity to build valuable electrical and technical skills If you are ready to get your hands on meaningful work and grow your skills in electrical assembly, we want to hear from you.
