Job description:

Job Summary
Seeking detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Technicians to support our client's production needs. These electrical assembly positions involve assembling electrical components and hardware on printed circuit boards.

Duties

Assemble small electronic components onto circuit boards and related assemblies.
Perform light mechanical assembly tasks related to connectors, and mounting of subassemblies.
Use hand tools - pliers, wire cutters, screw drivers, torque wrenches, etc.
Inspect work for quality and compliance with workmanship standards and engineering requirements.
Follow instructions using visual aids
Follow proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling procedures.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

3 months or more of experience in electrical assembly, cable/wire harness fabrication, or related experience.
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and change notices in English.
Familiarity with basic hand tools
Experience working with small, delicate items in a fast paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail, workmanship, and quality.
Basic math skills
Ability to operate a Windows PC
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
