Industry Verticals Product Advisor

Design and execute global FCF product strategy to improve customer experience while growing revenue in key verticals. Within this role, you will translate complex requirements into compelling value propositions, strategic plans, and recommendations. Essential Functions Freight or global air freight industry expertise Designing, launching, and executing large‑scale global strategies Analyzing competitive, market, and economic factors to drive product performance Leading cross‑functional stakeholder and leadership alignment Advise product managers on strategic opportunities and customer needs within industry verticals. Provide industry insights to inform product roadmaps and priorities, demonstrating strong strategic thinking. Evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements, applying rigorous problem solving. Lead cross‑functional orchestration with engineering, design, operations, and data teams to deliver innovative solutions. Support go‑to‑market & commercialization planning with expert insights. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent directly related experience. Minimum Experience 7+ years in product management, industry verticals solutions, or related roles with a proven track record of insights impacting product outcomes. An advanced degree may substitute for experience. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Deep understanding of industry verticals products & solutions, both B2B and B2C and customer needs. Advanced strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills. Expert stakeholder management and communication & influence abilities. Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior leaders. Pay Transparency Pay: Memphis range: $9,719.96/mo - $16,523.93/mo; Pittsburgh range: $10,231.53/mo - $17,393.61/mo; Plano range: $10,231.53/mo - $17,393.61/mo Additional Details This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week.
