Responsibilities Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability. Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation. Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, perform a comparative analysis in line with client’s business requirement to identify optimal architectural solution options. Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions. Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy. Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll‑out methods during build, deployment and support phases. Analyze system performance based on architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape. Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team’s knowledge repository. Key Contributions The ability to analyse, design, and develop scalable and secure architectures. A knack for assessing multiple technologies, tools and frameworks to recommend optimal solutions. Understanding of integration methodologies, proof‑of‑concept validation and deployment strategies. The ability to document architectural frameworks and solutions. Proactive communication with internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives. A knack to keep up with technical advancements to ensure relevant and effective recommendations. The ability to maintain standards and ensure smooth transition through knowledge transfer. Required Skills & Experience Hands‑on experience with Workday Extend. Knowledge of Workday Studio/EIB/Core Connectors, Workday APIs and integration frameworks, Business Object Framework and Workday data model. End‑to‑end experience of defining the integration and reports strategy, delivery methods and development of integrations. Technical proficiency in implementing IT/business solutions in Workday HCM and ERP, building target architecture, integration approach, integrations development, reporting and dashboarding solutions, along with reports, and customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools. Proficient in running reports to detect changes in the system. Proficient in performance tuning of reports and integration codes. Strong hands‑on experience in Workday technologies – Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics. Able to translate business requirements to technical solutions. Experience in core HCM Modules (Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll etc.). Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in Workday Cloud Platform. Workday certifications (Extend, Integration, or HCM/Finance modules). Experience with Workday Prism, Orchestration, or Accounting Center. Experience in working in teams on large and complex ERP projects. Good understanding of integrations and data flows with third‑party systems. Testing process knowledge including hands‑on experience across testing phases and testing tools. Additional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
