Interested in Ophthalmology and Genetics? Available to work part-time and on an occasional Saturday? We are looking for our next great hire to join the team! You will be working closely with our provider and other healthcare practitioners.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain history and conduct all testing before exams
• Maintain accurate patient records and transact any co-pay/payments as needed (EHR)
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify insurance
• Manage follow-up list and reminder calls
• Maintain a clean working environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Ophthalmology
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills is a must
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to multitask under pressure and good organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude, cheerful outlook, and professional demeanor.
• Spanish-speaking is preferred
