Your Responsibilities
- Execute Full-Cycle Searches from initial engagement to placement completion.
- Collaborate as a Client Partner, deeply understanding their hiring needs, organizational culture, and pain points.
- Deploy Strategic Sourcing with our exclusive CRM/ATS while utilizing your network and tools such as our unique communications platform.
- Utilize Our Technology to streamline candidate management, outreach tracking, and follow-up automation.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that provide lasting value for clients and generous commissions for you.
- Participate in Thought Leadership initiatives that elevate our collective brands.
- Comprehensive Access to Our Tech Platform: Enjoy a fully integrated CRM, ATS, and marketing communication tools, all accessible from a single interface. Say goodbye to juggling multiple systems!
- Support for Your Personal Brand: Whether you want to grow your presence, we assist in creating targeted recruiter landing pages, campaigns, and lead generation tools.
- Recruiting Operations Assistance: We help handle contracts, credentialing, compliance, and more, so you can focus on recruiting.
