Job Title Senior Human Resource Supervisor Company Multi‑Billion Dollar International Manufacturing Company located on the East side of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Location Tulsa, OK Pay Range Base pay: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Job Duties Manage employee and labor relations, training, organizational development and effectiveness, recruiting and retention, benefits administration, and continuous improvement. Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsible for benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, policy and procedure compliance, record keeping, and payroll support. Processes new hire paperwork and employee changes such as promotions, demotions, transfers, terminations, etc. Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. 5+ years’ experience working in Human Resources. 1+ year experience working in a manufacturing plant environment.
