You will perform comprehensive physical exams, document medical histories, order diagnostic tests, and create tailored care plans. Your expertise will guide treatment decisions and collaborative patient education. **Key Responsibilities:*** Perform thorough physical exams and patient observations.* Record patients' medical histories, symptoms, and concerns accurately.* Develop and update patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.* Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic tests to inform clinical decision-making.* Monitor and operate medical equipment as required for patient care.* Diagnose health issues and initiate appropriate treatment.* Administer medications and implement treatment plans effectively.* Observe and detect changes in patient health, adjusting care plans as necessary.* Consult with other healthcare professionals and communicate with patients and their families.* Educate patients and their families on managing and preventing illness and injury.**Qualifications:*** Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.* Active RN licensure in the state of employment or a compact party state.* Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner by ANCC or AANP.* Authorization to practice in family health, as per state Board of Nurse Examiners.* Prescriptive authority in the state of employment.* Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications.* Previous experience in providing primary care as a Family Nurse Practitioner.* Proficiency with medical instruments and the ability to use medical technology efficiently.* Familiarity with data management systems and electronic medical records (EMRs).* Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.* Knowledge of disease prevention strategies and patient education. #J-18808-Ljbffr
