About The Crew Facility Maintenance
The Crew Facility Maintenance is a growing commercial facilities contractor serving the 
Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area and surrounding communities. We provide electrical, HVAC, plumbing, 
carpentry, painting, and general maintenance services to commercial and residential clients.
We're looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician who wants more than just another electrical

Position Summary
The Journeyman Electrician will perform a variety of electrical service, maintenance, 
troubleshooting, installation, and project work throughout the Twin Cities metro area. In addition 
to field responsibilities, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to estimating, bidding, 
project management, and the continued growth of our electrical department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician who wants more than a traditional 
service role. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven professional capable of working 
independently in the field while also helping develop customer relationships, support project 
execution, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the long-
term success of a growing division.

Candidates with experience preparing estimates, bidding projects, managing jobs from start to

Responsibilities
•  Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and equipment
•  Perform commercial and residential electrical service work
•  Install electrical wiring, panels, breakers, switches, lighting, and related equipment
•  Complete remodel, tenant improvement, and maintenance projects
•  Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
•  Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
•  Maintain accurate documentation of labor, materials, and completed work
•  Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, contractors, and team 
members
•  Coordinate work with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting divisions
•  Maintain a safe and organized work environment
•  Assist in developing processes, procedures, and best practices for the electrical 
department
•  Assist with estimating, bidding, and project planning opportunities as needed
•  Mentor apprentices and support future team growth when needed

Qualifications
Required
•  Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License
•  5+ years of electrical field experience
•  Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

•  Experience performing electrical service work independently
•  Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
•  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
•  Strong communication and customer service skills
•  Ability to work safely in occupied commercial facilities and active job sites
Preferred
•  Electrical estimating, bidding, and/or project management experience strongly preferred
•  Experience leading commercial electrical projects from estimating and planning through 
completion
•  Experience leading projects, coordinating subcontractors, or supervising small crews
•  Experience with lighting controls, panel upgrades, and commercial building electrical 
systems
•  Strong understanding of project scheduling, material procurement, budgeting, and customer 
communication throughout the project lifecycle
•  Interest in leadership and helping build and grow a developing electrical department
•  Experience working directly with property managers, business owners, facility managers, and 
general contractors

•  $42.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule
•  Full-Time
•  Monday through Friday
•  Typical hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
•  40+ hours per week
•  Occasional overtime available
•  Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on customer needs and project 
schedules
•  Local travel throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area and surrounding communities
•  Home most nights
