Vida Integrated Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our collaborative team at our Vida Kirkland clinic, conveniently located in The Village at Totem Lake shopping center in Kirkland!

We welcome candidates of all experience levels, including new graduates. We provide mentorship and support to help you grow with confidence in your role! The ideal candidate will have experience with athletics, coaching, and/or personal training.

As a PTA at Vida, you’ll work closely with Physical Therapists to support individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercise, and contribute to a positive and professional clinic experience. Our multidisciplinary model allows for collaboration across specialties, supporting well-rounded care that helps patients move better, recover faster, and achieve their health goals.

What You'll Do:

• Patient Care: Carry out individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises in alignment with the Physical Therapist's guidance.

• Manage Your Caseload & Documentation: Support assigned patients while maintaining timely, accurate documentation in electronic medical records.

• Support Clinic Operations: Help maintain a clean, organized treatment environment and contribute to a positive, professional clinic experience.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Compensation:

$32 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Implement personalized treatment plans under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, ensuring each patient receives tailored care.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment for optimal recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in electronic medical records, ensuring seamless communication within the team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, enhancing patient outcomes through integrated approaches.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment, contributing to a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all patients.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health and wellness.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay updated on best practices in physical therapy care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed PTA in WA State.

• Experience in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Ability to guide patients through therapeutic exercises with empathy and encouragement.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.

• Excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on health and wellness practices.

• Willingness to participate in team meetings and training sessions for continuous professional development.
