Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Kentucky Special Education (SPED) teaching license required
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students with varying abilities

• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Positive, compassionate attitude and a strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and support to students with special needs across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet individual student goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Track and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
