Solution DeveloperThe primary purpose of this position is to provide solution development for a wide range of financial and support office functional areas in order to facilitate business goals and evolve technology and processes in a cost effective manner.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesWorks with Solution Architect on design.Develops code as per the design.Conducts peer design and code review (Unit Test)Works with complex and business critical applications across functional areasApply knowledge from outside USF to improve USF development and reporting practicesParticipates in the development/coding of applications, data bases, interface programsWorks with overall project manager to integrate development activities into overall project completionQualificationsBS Degree or equivalent work experience required. 5-7 Years of general IT experienceSkillsClear understanding of how each component of primary financial systems impacts the others. Proven ability to see/develop enterprise process flows. Proven ability to analyze and understand existing processes and code. Produce comprehensive, detailed, clear, concise technical specifications from functional requirements. Produce comprehensive test plans. Strong problem anticipation and trouble shooting capabilityProficiency InOracle 10 or 11 Functional knowledge of Accounts Payables/GL/AM/PC, PeopleTools 8.4x/8.5x, Crystal reports, Nvision, SQR, Application Engine, Application packages, Application Designer, Peoplecode, XML publisher, Integration Broker, Application messaging.
