Asset Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the financial performance and strategic planning of a commercial and multifamily real estate portfolio. This individual will help maximize asset value through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning. What You’ll Do: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for a portfolio of assets. Analyze results and provide strategic recommendations to enhance value. Partner cross-functionally to support capital planning, reporting, and investment decisions. Prepare performance updates and valuation analyses for stakeholders. Develop property business plans, financial models, and hold/sell analyses. Review leasing proposals and evaluate their financial impact. Monitor capital projects, cash flow, investor distributions, and portfolio performance. Support refinancing, recapitalization, acquisition, and disposition initiatives. Communicate with leadership, lenders, investors, and other key stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or investment roles. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and ARGUS. Effective communicator with experience presenting to leadership or external partners. Experience working with lenders or institutional investors preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Top Stack
