Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Services team. The RN will provide high-quality care to patients in an intense and fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical care thinking skills and excellent patient experience abilities. The position requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to manage patient care effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Manage patient cases involving trauma, strokes, and other critical conditions.
• Utilize critical care equipment and EHR systems to monitor and record patient information.
• Rotate weekend hours as required, ensuring 36 hours per week are maintained.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency services.
• Certifications required: ACLS, PALS or ENPC, NIHSS.
• Strong critical care thinking and stamina to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with patient populations ranging from birth to end-of-life care.
