Restaurant Director of Training and Leadership Development

Job Description

Seeking a Director of Training & Leadership Development for this leader in the Full Service Casual Dining Restaurant arena , to partner with operations leadership and participate in cultivating a "Great Place to Work". Must be energized by, and passionate about, working with and helping to develop a growth oriented restaurant brand and to shape a "best-in-class" work environment. This position will collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams.

In this exciting new role, you will:

• Serve as strategic thought partner and operator to both envision and deliver training programs that elevate our restaurant Leaders and Employee skills, performance, engagement and morale.

• Oversee all aspects of Learning & Development for our restaurant team including Needs Assessment; Content
Design; Program Management; Delivery; and Continuous Improvement.

• Leverage your experience and network to source the best experiential leadership development content that drives engagement and improves performance.

• Design solutions with scalability in mind, adapting the delivery to the growing nature of the restaurant business
-- combining in-person and virtual delivery, and tracking progress across multiple teams/locations.

• Be a key influencer with restaurant franchisees on all brand Training and Development priorities
