Minimum Qualifications Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization. CPR and First Aid certification. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a similar role. Experience working with children and families. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid as necessary. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness of the pool area. Educate patrons on water safety and proper swimming techniques.
