Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of leasing laws and rental market practices in the United States. Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate leasing or property management. Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-presented and ready for new tenants. Utilize flexible scheduling to accommodate prospective tenants’ availability, including evenings and weekends as needed. Track and report on leasing activity, sales goals, and occupancy metrics to management regularly.
