Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Trauma ICU position at an academic medical center in St. Louis, MO, requiring 2 years of ICU experience and Epic proficiency on night shifts.

Details

• Trauma ICU unit within a 356-bed non-profit, academic, and research medical center providing tertiary care for the east Missouri region
• Floating required to all hospital areas to cover ICU and TCU patients, including ED holds
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Blocked scheduling considered: NM may approve a weekend block or a 6-on/8-off schedule
• Epic EMR — experience required
• Free garage parking available on campus

Requirements

• Active MO RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

• Affiliated with Saint Louis University School of Medicine and part of the SSM Health System
• Navy scrubs required
