Tri-Starr Talent is seeking a field-based Permanency Specialist to drive safe, stable placements for children and families in the San Antonio area. This role manages a dynamic caseload, coordinates with courts, CPS, and caregivers, and provides hands-on support across the permanency process. Travel up to 95% within San Antonio and surrounding areas is required, with on-call rotations and after-hours visits.
